Any minor under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by a legal guardian to attend. Minors twelve (12) years of age and older are permitted to attend events and banquets held at Treasure Island Resort & Casino unless otherwise specified. Underage guests are not permitted to sit at any of the bars. Servers have the right to refuse service. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to consume alcohol. Alcohol will be sold through room service and various restaurant outlets with times and selections depending on the outlet. Alcohol is sold on the casino floor from 8am to 2am Monday through Sunday. Guests may purchase beer, wine and mixed drinks with cash, credit card, room charge or by redeeming points. Alcohol is available for sale on the casino floor as well as in several of our restaurants and room service.
